With 5+ years of HR experience, you will guide managers, support onboarding, and contribute to an engaging culture while ensuring HR practices meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• SHRM certification preferred but not required.
