Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to execute core HR processes at our on-site production plant. You will handle payroll, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance and accurate HR records.

The role collaborates with managers and cross-functional partners to deliver positive employee experiences and effective workforce support in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience administering payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, or workforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of compensation and timekeeping.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding including new hire documentation and benefits enrollment.
• Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including postings and interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Prepare routine HR reports and workforce data.
• Respond to inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Support lifecycle events: hiring, onboarding, transfers, and separations.
