Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center America seeks an HR Generalist for our Highland Park, MI production plant to manage payroll, benefits, policy implementation, and employment law compliance on-site. Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Required: Bachelor's in HR/Business and at least 5 years of HR experience; SAP and Paylocity experience; strong Excel skills; ability to multitask and analyze data. On-site role with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience required.
• Experience with SAP and Paylocity; strong Excel capabilities; process improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between facility and corporate HR with regard to time reporting and personnel questions
• Maintains and updates personnel, medical, and termination files
• Performs hiring and termination of employees and contract staff
• Processes payroll changes and reconciles time & attendance data
• Supports expatriates tax filing and monthly payroll cycle
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Generates HR reports on demand
• Assists with benefits administration and policy implementation
