Job summary

Mobis North America is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to execute core HR processes including payroll administration, benefits management, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee records. You will partner with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure policy consistency and positive employee experiences.

The role supports workforce programs, maintains HR records, and handles day-to-day employee matters while ensuring accurate data and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field required
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines, including HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, performance management, or workforce planning
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting HR programs related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, or workforce administration

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation and timekeeping
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data in accordance with policies and regulations
• Coordinate onboarding activities including new hire documentation, orientation, system setup, and benefits enrollment
• Support benefits administration activities including enrollments and inquiries
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
• Support administration of HR programs, policies, and employee communications
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal controls
• Prepare routine HR reports and compliance documents
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and policies
• Support lifecycle activities including hiring, onboarding, transfers, and separations
