Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in a generalist or HR business partner capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations principles.
• Experience administering HR policies, benefits, leave programs, performance management, and employee records.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with managers and leadership to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, employee coaching, and corrective action plans.
• Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and related documentation.
• Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, performance improvement plans, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and a consistent employee experience.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, employee inquiries, and coordination with benefits providers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support payroll administration by reviewing employee changes, addressing discrepancies, and coordinating with payroll as needed.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and assist with required reporting and audits.
• Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other applicable leave programs.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports related to turnover, employee engagement, retention, and other workforce metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and workplace culture programs.
• Support organizational changes, HR projects, and other initiatives as business needs evolve.
