• Manages compensation programs, conducts salary surveys and develops merit pools.
• Develops and maintains personnel policies and procedures; administers benefits and incentives.
• Oversees recruitment for exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; conducts interviews and onboarding.
• Maintains department records, reports, and organizational charts; attends staff meetings.
