Job summary

Granite State Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across multiple facilities. You will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring a positive employee experience while aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of related experience or training.
• Minimum 3 years supporting manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations; strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Support multi-site manufacturing facilities with HR programs and onboarding.
• Oversee compensation analysis, benefits, leave, and training initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Coach managers on performance and corrective actions.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
