Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Seven (7)+ years’ relevant experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
• Observe and provide feedback to leaders on communication priorities and expectations.
• Partner with leadership to determine staffing requirements and manage staffing for full-time and temporary resources.
• Conduct org designs to ensure right-sized staffing for business commitments.
• Identify and develop key talent within the organization.
• Lead the annual performance management process.
• Lead annual compensation and merit increase processes; conduct salary and wage analysis.
• Develop and implement training with department leadership.
• Manage onboarding and exit processes.
• Conduct investigations addressing employee complaints and policy concerns.
