Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support for field service centers in union and non-union settings.
• Coach leadership to drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Liaise with leadership to implement performance plans as needed.
• Co-lead efforts to improve recruiting, onboarding and training processes.
• Support compensation and payroll activities and accuracy.
• Use HRIS data to identify trends and advise on action plans.
• Lead investigations and disposition of associate concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned or changed.
