Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Generalist or HR Manager to join our manufacturing team. This permanent role drives HR initiatives, from recruitment to performance management and policy development, aligning with business goals.

You will partner with leadership to implement strategic HR programs and ensure compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in manufacturing HR, excellent communication, and a passion for people-focused, data-driven HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations).
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment and maintain HR metrics for decisions.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes and conduct salary surveys.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR matters.
