Job summary

Flamingo Marine, a premium pontoon boat manufacturer in Richfield, WI, seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance in a fast-paced plant setting.

You will partner with leadership to implement policies, maintain records, and drive workforce planning while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried staff.
• Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll, timekeeping and deductions.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing for plant roles.
• Manage HRIS data and reporting.
• Administer benefits and open enrollment.
• Support employee relations and performance reviews.
• Ensure policy compliance and confidentiality.
