• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timeliness.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, OSHA, I-9, unemployment).
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support safety, benefits, and payroll initiatives across locations.
