Qualifications

• Experience in HR management focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Supervisory experience leading HR teams or departments in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA regulations, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Dayforce or Ceridian; experience with payroll platforms like Paychex or ADP is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in negotiation, conflict management, data analysis for HR metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR sourcing efforts using ATS platforms like Taleo, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent efficiently.
• Supervise HR team members and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, change management, and process improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations including OSHA standards and manage workers' compensation processes effectively.
