Job summary

Serenity Aquarium & Aviary Services, part of Adam’s Specialty Products, LLC in Neenah, WI, seeks a Human Resources & Payroll Manager to lead payroll processing, HR policy administration, and employee relations for 100+ employees.

This hands-on role partners with site leadership to ensure compliance, administer benefits, recruiting, safety, and reporting while fostering a productive, compliant, and positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience supporting a workforce of approximately 25-100 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bi-weekly payroll processing for 100+ employees.
• Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, and timekeeping data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local payroll regulations.
• Manage payroll reporting, tax filings, and year-end activities.
• Administer attendance, PTO, and leave tracking systems.
• Develop and administer HR policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
• Oversee recruitment for hourly and salaried roles and onboarding.
