Job summary

Flamingo Marine in Richfield, Wisconsin, designs and builds premium pontoon boats and relies on a hands-on finance team to keep money moving. You will own accounts payable from invoice to payment and work closely with purchasing, receiving, and the dealer network.

This role requires three-way match experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle high invoice volumes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. BambooHR and Ramp experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of fullcycle accounts payable, ideally with AR and bank reconciliations, in a manufacturing or distribution company.
• Experience with three-way match in an ERP. Plex is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and close attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable handling high invoice volume against deadlines.
• Professional and clear with suppliers, dealers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP inbox and invoice intake; match invoices to purchase orders and receipts (three-way match) and enter them in the ERP accurately and on time.
• Resolve price and quantity discrepancies with purchasing, receiving and suppliers.
• Prepare the weekly payment proposal for CFO approval, and process approved ACH, wire and check payments.
• Set up and maintain vendor records, including W9s and annual 1099s. Follow our verification process for any change to vendor bank details.
• Answer supplier inquiries and reconcile supplier statements.
• Reconcile the operating bank account daily and record activity that hasn't yet posted.
• Apply customer payments, including floor plan lender fundings and dealer payments, and keep the AR aging current.
• Support dealer invoicing and title paperwork (MSOs) for each boat shipped.
• Review company card transactions (Ramp and bank cards) for receipts, coding and approvals, and reconcile the card accounts monthly.
• Support payroll processing in BambooHR with HR, including garnishments.
• Maintain supporting schedules (prepaids, patents) and help with monthend reconciliations.

About Flamingo Marine

Flamingo Marine designs and builds premium pontoon boats at our 233,000-square-foot factory in Richfield, Wisconsin, and sells them through a network of independent dealers across the U.S. We started series production in 2026 and are scaling quickly. The finance team is small and hands-on: you will see the impact of your work on every boat that leaves the plant. We use Plex (ERP), Ramp, BambooHR and Google Workspace.

Job Description

You will keep our money moving: suppliers paid accurately and on time, and dealer and lender payments applied the day they land. You'll own accounts payable from invoice to payment, manage receivables, and reconcile cash every day. It's a hands-on job in a busy factory, and you'll work closely with purchasing, receiving and our dealer team.
