Job summary

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the plant's HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR, 7+ years HR management experience (manufacturing preferred), strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years HR management experience.
• 7+ years experience in employee relations, training, performance management and legal compliance.
• Manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Function as an integral member of the plant leadership team.
• Manage the administration and implementation of HR programs.
• Proactively identify performance issues and work with local management on solutions.
• Leverage HR data to identify concerns and support recommendations.
• Ensure legal compliance, fairness and consistency across HR areas.
• Provide guidance to managers and supervisors in HR-related matters.
• Lead community involvement activities.
• Lead local investigations and resolution of employee issues.
