Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Operations to partner with leadership and support front‑line employees in Conyers, GA. You will drive staffing, performance management, training, onboarding, safety culture and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Collaborate with leaders to design workforce strategies, lead compensation and merit processes, and maintain compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Seven (7)+ years’ relevant HR experience as a Business Partner/Generalist.
PHR or SPHR certification.
HR generalist support in a production/manufacturing environment.
Leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to partner with employees at all levels.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted business partner for leadership at all levels.
Partner with leaders to determine staffing requirements and manage staffing for full-time and temporary resources.
Lead annual performance management and compensation/merit processes.
Develop and deliver training; manage onboarding and exit processes.
Investigate employee relations issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
Foster open two-way communication and a positive employee relations culture.
