Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Operations in Conyers, GA. This role partners with department leadership to attract, develop and retain employees, fosters open two-way communication, and drives a culture of safety and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include coaching leadership, staffing, org design, talent development, performance and compensation processes, onboarding, and investigations as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Seven (7)+ years' relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/production environments.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business partner for leadership at all levels.
• Coach leaders on priorities, expectations, resources, and accountability.
• Partner with leadership to determine staffing needs and manage staffing processes.
• Design org structures to ensure right-sizing and resource delivery.
• Identify and develop key talent; lead performance management and merit processes.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and exit processes; conduct investigations as needed.
• Drive positive employee relations and two-way communication.
