Job summary

Accentuate Staffing seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Raleigh, NC. You will partner with site leadership to address employee relations and HR policy adherence while guiding managers and employees across HR processes.

The role demands a seasoned HR professional able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite setting, with a focus on compliance, investigations, and employee support for both hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Experience managing ADA accommodations and related employment matters.
• Solid working knowledge of FMLA, employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting hourly employees in regulated manufacturing/pharma environments preferred.
• Ability to partner with legal teams and handle sensitive employee situations.
• Onsite collaboration with multiple HR/shared services teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for site leadership, managers, and employees, guiding employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
• Partner with managers through regular meetings, coaching, and consultation to address employee issues and support a positive workplace culture.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and corrective action recommendations.
• Oversee ADA accommodation requests and related claims, ensuring documentation and compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with the legal department on sensitive employee matters and investigations.
• Provide support on FMLA, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related questions with centralized teams.
• Coordinate with HR and shared services to ensure consistent processes across the organization.
• Support onboarding activities and employee transitions in partnership with HR colleagues.
• Assist with HR initiatives, policy implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a visible HR presence across the facility for both hourly and salaried staff.
• Provide occasional HR coverage for second-shift employees as needed.
