The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, benefits and leave administration, and also covers employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HR systems. Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years HR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or related setting.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting, benefits, and leave management.
• Experience in onboarding, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle for a multi-company organization.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and metrics.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, FMLA, ADA accommodations, and leave programs.
• Support employee relations, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HR systems.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; assist with changes and separations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and best practices.
