Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing operation in Raleigh, NC. This role partners with site leadership to address employee relations matters, provide HR guidance, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching.
• Hands-on experience with ADA accommodations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting hourly employees in manufacturing/pharma or regulated environment.
• Ability to partner with legal teams on sensitive matters.
• Work in a fast-paced onsite environment with HR/shared services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to shift priorities and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary HR resource for site leadership, managers, and employees, guiding on employee relations and HR policies.
• Partner with managers through coaching and consultation to address issues and support performance.
• Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations and corrective action recommendations.
• Oversee ADA accommodations and related claims with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with legal on sensitive employee matters and investigations.
• Support FMLA, benefits, payroll, and other HR questions with centralized teams.
• Coordinate with HR and shared services to ensure consistent processes across the organization.
• Assist with onboarding and employee transitions in partnership with HR colleagues.
• Contribute to HR initiatives, policy implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain visible HR presence onsite for hourly and salaried employees.
