The HR Generalist II serves as an on-site HR resource for operations, providing hands‑on support to supervisors and employees in a fast‑paced, growing manufacturing environment. This role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance and performance management, training administration, and compliance, with responsibility for independently addressing routine and moderately complex HR matters. The HR Generalist II works closely with Operations management to promote accountability, consistency, employee engagement, and effective workforce practices while partnering with HR leadership on more complex employee relations, organizational, and compliance matters.
Location: This position will be based on‑site at our manufacturing facility in Memphis, TN.
Shift: This HR Generalist will support 1st shift (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) with flexibility based on business needs. Initial training will be conducted on a standard day shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday) for the first few weeks prior to transitioning.
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
