Job summary

Voltava is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to support HR operations at our manufacturing plant. You will handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance while coordinating EHS activities to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

You will partner with plant leadership to execute HR programs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in manufacturing HR and labor regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR, EHS, compliance, or related experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for the plant and support employee relations.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and related documentation with Talent Acquisition.
• Support payroll processing, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee records.
• Maintain HR reports and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Partner with plant leaders to foster a safe, engaging work environment.
• Coordinate EHS activities and training, and support incident investigations.
