Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR liaison for managers and teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will advise on performance, workforce planning, and policy application while partnering with HR leadership on organizational changes and initiatives.

You will coach leaders on communication, accountability, documentation, and employee management; support investigations, development, and workforce readiness across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments and leaders.
• Advise managers on performance, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and policy application.
• Coach leaders on communication, accountability, documentation, and employee management.
• Partner with HR leadership on organizational changes, workforce growth, and business initiatives.
• Support performance reviews, performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and employee development.
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee relations matters.
