Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR.
• 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee HR operations including employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide guidance on development.
• Recruit and onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits for all staff.
