Vogrinc Search Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as a strategic partner to the plant leadership team, guiding HR initiatives to align with operational goals and foster a high-performance culture.

The role covers employee engagement, staffing strategy, onboarding, HR data integrity, policy compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate HR. A manufacturing background and a bachelor’s in HR or IR are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina HR laws.
• Proven project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs that foster positive morale and engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff, and direct hiring for production team members.
• Manage onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate payroll and employee records.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance to management on issue resolution.
• Lead training and development initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development with Corporate L&OD.
• Administer corrective action processes fairly and consistently.
