Ventek Solutions, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an HR Generalist for our Shelbyville, KY plant. This onsite role supports HR and safety programs, partner with plant management, and leads staffing, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations initiatives.

The position focuses on payroll accuracy, policy administration, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition on staffing needs, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, with 2+ years in Employee Relations, policy administration or safety compliance.
• Manufacturing HR experience is preferred.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and Safety program support to plant management and operations.
• Lead employee engagement and culture activities.
• Oversee timekeeping and payroll data accuracy for timely processing.
