Veza Manufacturing, LLC in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to support our plant on-site. You’ll handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement, with a clear path to grow into an HRBP role as your experience deepens.

This hands-on role emphasizes partnership with plant leadership, accurate records, and compliant practices while you build a well-rounded HR career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 0–3 years HR experience; manufacturing/plant experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in growing into HRBP role.
• Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and plant leadership on day-to-day HR matters.
• Support employee relations—help resolve concerns, answer policy questions, escalate issues.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles at the plant—from posting to offer.
• Own onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth, welcoming start.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and plant culture efforts.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy and employment law compliance.
• Partner with plant leadership on workforce needs and grow into HRBP role over time.
