360 Recruiter Accelerator seeks an HR leader at a manufacturing facility who reports to the VP of HR and partners with the Plant Manager to align people strategies with business goals.

The role covers HR operations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, payroll and benefits, and employee development. You will build programs and lead talent initiatives to improve workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR.
• 2-3 years' experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience.

• Establish and oversee HR operations including employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide guidance on development.
• Recruit and onboard new hires.

Reporting to the VP of HR, this is the sole HR leader in a manufacturing facility, working directly with the Plant Manager to lead the business.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
