Web Industries is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Marlborough, MA to balance employee advocacy with business needs. The role focuses on equity, fair treatment, and compliant HR practices across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

The position requires full-cycle HR support, strong communication, and collaboration with leadership. This is a hybrid role with on-site duties in Marlborough and potential remote work after 60 days.

Formación

• Minimum associate’s degree in human resources or business with 5+ years HR experience.
• Proficient with ADP WFN including payroll, benefits enrollment, and HR tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily HR workflow and maintains records for the corporate office.
• Interpret company policies and inform employees and management accordingly.
• Support benefits, payroll, policies, and wellness inquiries.
• Handles full-cycle recruiting and collaborates with managers on competencies.
• Conducts new hire orientation and manages onboarding process.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and verify timecard accuracy in ADP.
• Respond to employment inquiries and escalate complex matters to VP HR.
• Process new hires and terminations and conducts exit interviews.
• Provide HR metrics via ADP dashboard and maintain dashboards.
• Support performance management and career development initiatives.

Educación

Associate degree in HR or business

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

PHR/SHRM-CP certification
