Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree in HR or business with 5+ years HR experience.
• PHR Certified Professional and/or SHRM-CP certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and maintain confidential employee records.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and collaborate with managers on role requirements.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes (ADP).
• Provide HR metrics and reporting via dashboards and ADP integration.
• Support wellness programs and HR compliance across sites.
