Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification required.
• Experience in lean, high-growth organizations.
• Strong HRIS reporting and process improvement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers across a wide range of HR matters.
• Support payroll processes, audits, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Manage benefits administration, employee enrollment, leaves of absence, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with managers to support employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Support compensation, talent management, organizational planning, and special HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and employee communications.
• Provide administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources as business needs evolve.
