Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for immediate operational support in San Jose, CA. This contract role requires handling onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, payroll-related tasks, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on HR operations, strong CA employment law knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS and Excel. Paycom experience is a plus; strong independent judgment is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll-related transactions.
• Proficient HRIS and Excel data management and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
• Administer benefits enrollments, life events, and open enrollment.
• Support leave administration and payroll-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Respond to HR inquiries and research issues per CA requirements.
• Generate reports, reconcile data, and escalate complex matters.
