Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, performance management, attendance, investigations, documentation, and policy administration.
• Manage benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and other day‑to‑day HR functions.
• Partner with leaders to address employee issues, improve engagement, and maintain consistent application of policies.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees while handling difficult conversations and accountability issues.
