We’re looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a growing manufacturing organization in Jacksonville, FL. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who wants to make an impact, build relationships, and partner closely with leadership.

You’ll be out on the production floor, talking with employees, partnering with supervisors, addressing issues, and helping create a workplace where people feel supported, appreciated, and accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support employee relations, performance management, attendance, investigations, documentation, and policy administration
• Manage benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and other day‑to‑day HR functions
• Partner with leaders and supervisors to address employee issues, improve engagement, and maintain consistent application of policies
• Serve as a trusted, approachable HR resource for employees while confidently handling difficult conversations and accountability issues

We’re looking for someone who already knows how to do HR. You should be comfortable navigating employment law, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, policies, documentation, and the many moving pieces of a broad HR Generalist role.
