Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR or Business Administration.
• 5+ years as HR Generalist with broad HR scope.
• Familiarity with Paylocity payroll system.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for employees and managers.
• Manage timecards and process bi-weekly payroll.
• Administer employment-based immigration and global mobility programs.
• Oversee employee evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management systems.
• Administer and support full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
