Job summary

• 7–10 years in HR across disciplines.
• Bachelor's in HR or related field required.
• MBA/MS preferred for senior or global roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key HR partner to employees and management, guiding on relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
• Lead and support employee relations investigations and documentation.
• Manage expatriate administration, relocation coordination, and global HR coordination.
• Coordinate U.S. immigration/work authorization processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1/OPT/CPT).
• Support permanent residency processes (PERM, I-140) and status tracking.
• Oversee payroll changes, data validation, deductions, and leave coordination.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, I-9, wage and hour laws.
