Workbridge, LLC and Positive Pressure seek an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead daily HR operations across staffing, industrial, warehouse, and construction environments. This role partners with leadership to drive compliance, staffing strategy, onboarding, and employee development in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires 5+ years in HR, multi-state compliance experience, and prior supervision of HR staff.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and multi-state HR compliance.
• Experience leading or supervising HR staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR operations across staffing, industrial, warehouse, and construction-related environments.
• Oversee recruiting strategies, sourcing efforts, candidate experience, and hiring progress.
• Partner with operational leaders to forecast staffing needs by location, shift, assignment, and project.
• Ensure onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time, including new hire documentation and orientation.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Analyze trends in recruiting, retention, turnover, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
