• Coach managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, addressing concerns early.
• Support performance management processes, coaching, documentation, and separations.
• Ensure consistent policy application across field and non-field roles.
• Identify ER trends and share insights with HR partners.
• Collaborate across regions for consistent HR support.
