Job summary

Keller is seeking an HR Generalist to support field and non-field employees, driving consistent HR support across operations. The role emphasizes employee relations, investigations, coaching leaders, and practical risk management in a construction environment.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and field leaders to ensure compliant, pragmatic outcomes, while building leadership capability and employee engagement across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience supporting field-based or multi-site operations (construction/industrial environment preferred).
• Strong judgment and ability to navigate complex employee situations.
• Proven ability to coach and influence frontline leaders.
• Willingness to travel to field locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day employee relations, including performance concerns and discipline.
• Conduct workplace investigations with a fair, consistent approach.
• Partner with leaders to drive compliant, well‑reasoned outcomes.
• Provide direct coaching to managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Support workforce planning, leadership development, and readiness.
