Job summary

North Arrow ABA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our expanding Human Resources team in Traverse City, Northern Michigan. The role focuses on employee relations, benefits, leave, workers' compensation, HRIS, and compliance to support the employee lifecycle.

This hands-on position reports to the HR Director and partners with leadership to ensure compliant, timely HR practices aligned with operational needs. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee relations, benefits, leave, and workers' compensation.
• Hands-on HRIS experience and strong understanding of compliance and employee lifecycle.
• Ability to independently advise managers and staff on HR processes.
