Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of human resource generalist experience
• High level of interpersonal communication skill and professionalism
• Ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of computer programs

Responsibilities

• Provide company wide oversight of the Human Resource Information System, including administration of user permissions, access controls, workflow configuration, and system optimization. Deliver structured training to HR and management on HRIS functionality, including performance management and time/attendance reporting, etc.
• Support the organization's healthcare and ancillary benefit offerings by coordinating open enrollment activities, communicating plan changes, and ensuring employees receive clear, accurate education on available benefits.
• Partner with multiple benefit carriers to validate and upload enrollment data, ensuring seamless integration with payroll systems and accurate deduction processing.
• Train HR team members on corporate processes, policies, and project requirements to ensure consistent execution and compliance across all HR functions.
• Provide operational HR support to manufacturing sites, including applicant screening, interview coordination, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, documentation management, payroll support, FMLA administration, and attendance tracking.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee records in accordance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support assigned strategic HR initiatives, contributing to organizational development, workforce planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage HR activities across multiple locations, delegating responsibilities to HR support staff and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and programs.
• Execute additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned, supporting corporate objectives and operational excellence.
