Ashley Furniture in Advance, NC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support multiple business units with HR best practices, employee relations, onboarding and performance management.

You will partner with supervisors, conduct feedback meetings, coach leaders, and help implement policies while fostering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR experience, including employee relations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws, OSHA basics, and employee relations principles.
