Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the Advance, NC operation. You will handle HR needs for multiple business units and help implement best practices aligned with corporate objectives.

The role covers employee and labor relations, performance management, policy rollout, coaching, onboarding, and ongoing training with frontline leaders. We value knowledge of employment laws, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, including employee relations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, basic OSHA safety practices.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve processes.
