Ashley Furniture Industries, LLC is hiring a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Advance, NC. You will cover HR needs for multiple business units, implementing best practices to support corporate objectives. You will engage with employees, conduct feedback, coach supervisors, and lead onboarding and training initiatives.

The role expects 3+ years in HR, a related bachelor’s degree, and HR certifications preferred. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience including employee relations
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and OSHA basics
• Positive attitude and hunger to improve
