Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR needs for supported business units and to implement best practices aligned with corporate objectives.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, coaching, onboarding, and partner with leaders to support a positive workforce culture. This role requires strong people leadership and compliance expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience including employee relations
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, compliance and operations

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations investigations, coaching and engagement
• Lead a small team of HR Coordinators and HR Generalists
• Support recruitment and onboarding including job requisitions
• Ensure HR compliance and update the employee handbook
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment
• Oversee performance management and leadership development
• Implement and communicate HR policies; manage SOPs/JSA
• Drive strategic HR initiatives and projects
