Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, specifically employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Guide supervisors on policy interpretation, conduct, and disciplinary actions.
• Support labor relations activities, including contract interpretation and grievance administration.
• Coordinate ADA accommodation processes and interactive participation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings and recommendations.
• Assist with performance management, evaluations, and development planning.
• Develop and evaluate engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives.
• Analyze trends and recommend improvement strategies for satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and collective bargaining agreements.
