Job summary

Lakeshore Management in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to execute and support HR across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with management and serve as a key resource for employees, ensuring policy compliance and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include leading investigations, advising on employee relations, coaching leaders, and managing HRIS data (Paycom), performance management, and training initiatives to strengthen Lakeshore's

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in handling employee relations and coaching and supporting leaders.
High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and benefits/payroll processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary escalation point for employee relations matters and investigations.
Partner with managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
Provide coaching to leadership on policy interpretation and corrective actions.
Lead onboarding support and ensure I-9 compliance and HRIS setup.
Develop training materials and support leadership development initiatives.
Track HR metrics and generate routine/ad hoc reports for leadership.
Support recruitment and workforce planning activities.
