Job summary

Loyal Source in Orlando, FL is seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership across the HR function. You will oversee employee relations, HR business partnership, compliance, investigations, and workforce support across a multi-state environment.

This role partners with executive leadership to advise on complex employment matters, strengthen manager capability, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with senior employee relations leadership.
• Experience with multi-state employment laws.
• Experience in government contracting and/or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lead policy development and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and HR support teams to ensure consistent service.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and risk mitigation.
• Oversee investigations with documentation and corrective action.
• Develop and improve HR policies, audits and compliance controls.
• Advise managers on employment matters and coaching.
• Ensure compliance across multi-state operations.
