Job summary

RMF Engineering, Inc. in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, including benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience and knowledge of HR practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of RMF benefits, negotiate annual rates with carriers.
• Process and maintain employee benefits with carriers and payroll records.
• Maintain and process employee performance reviews in HR system.
• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now
• Develop job descriptions and corporate policies; advise management on HR strategy.
• Ensure HR practices comply with laws and internal policies.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews; maintain ERISA compliance.
